Ron Vlaar out 4 to 6 weeks

The knee injury of
Ron Vlaar
is not as bad as was first
feared.
A medical examination today revealed
a spraining of the cruciate ligament in the right knee
of the Feyenoord defender.
Recovery is expected to take 4
to 6 weeks.
Vlaar sustained the injury during
training on Thursday, only weeks after he had just returned
from a 10 month recovery period from an injury to the
same knee.
