No candidates for De Guzman yet
Tuesday 8 July 2008
Ex-Canadian Jonathan De Guzman
wouldn't mind spending another year with Feyenoord,
he told Dutch news site FCUpdate.nl.
"I know Feyenoord wouldn't
mind selling me for the right prize, but after three
years in the first squad I am happy here. The new coach
(Gert-Jan Verbeek) seems very professional and all the
players are talking about winning prizes. That feels
good," De Guzman said.
He added that no clubs have shown
interest so far.
De Guzman's contract ends in 2010.
For Dwight Tiendalli, Diego Biseswar,
Nicky Hofs and Danny Buijs their spell with the Dutch
Cup-winners seems over, as management has told them
they can look out for another club.
