PSV draw in Lisbon

After a disappointing pre-season
so far
PSV Eindhoven
got something of a result in Lisbon, Portugal yesterday.
A friendly against Sporting Club
de Portugal ended in a 1-1 draw.
Simon Vukcevic put the home team
ahead after six minutes.
Substitute Stijn Wuytens equalized
for the team of Huub Stevens in the dying minutes of
the game after a Mika Väyrynen cross.
PSV were of course still without
Olympians Erik Pieters, Otman Bakkal and Dirk Marcellis.
Stevens put Cassio Ramos in goal
and not big summer-signing Andreas Isaksson.
PSV's season starts on 23 August
when they play
Feyenoord Rotterdam
in the Dutch Supercup: the Johan Cruyff Schaal.

Addo, Carlos Salcido, Mike Zonneveld, Timmy Simons,
Mika Vayrynen, Ibrahim Afellay, Balazs Dzsudzsak, Danko

Brechet, Manco, Eduardo Alcides and Tommie van der Leegte
came on as substitutes.
