McClaren happy with 'dominant' FC Twente

FC Twente took three points from
their game against Heracles Almelo (2-0).
Coach Steve McClaren was a happy
man afterwards: "The result was all important today
and we got one," the Englishman said.
"But I was even more satisfied
with our performance today. We dominated our opponents
from the start until the end. Personally I was very
happy with our first 20 minutes. We controlled the game
by playing football and never let Heracles find to their
game," McClaren said.
His colleague on the other side
could live with McClaren's reading of the game: "The
atmosphere was great," Gert Heerkes said.
"It was a one-sided game with
few chances. At first we seemed able to struggle ourselves
away from the pressure but after an hour we couldn't
close them down any longer. In the end Twente deserved
this victory."
