Kenneth Perez close to Club of 100

Danish midfielder Kenneth Perez
needs one more goal to be the 58th player in history
to become a member of the Club of 100 in the Eredivisie.
He would be the 7th foreign player
to join the club.
The former AZ player scored his
99th Eredivisie goal last Sunday against Heracles Almelo
(2-1).
Perez scored 16 for MVV, 51 for
AZ, 19 for Ajax, 8 for PSV and at the moment the counter
is at 5 for FC Twente.
Of all foreign players ever active
in the Eredivisie only Norway's Hallvar Thoresen (152
goals), Sweden's Ove Kindvall (129), Belgium's Luc Nilis
(110), Serbia's Mateja Kezman (105), Denmark's John
Eriksen (102) and Argentina's Mariano Bombarda (100)
are member of the Club of 100.
Of all players still active in
the Eredivisie ADO Den Haag forward Rick Hoogendorp
is also at 99 goals.
Behind Perez and Hoogendorp Feyenoord
players Jon Dahl Tomasson and Michael Mols, FC Twente
forward Blaise N'Kufo and NAC Breda forward Matthew
Amoah are also within reach of reaching the 100 goal
mark.
