NAC hammered by ADO Den Haag
Sunday 07 December 2008
After a battering last week at
the hands of Sparta Rotterdam, NAC Breda today again
conceded four on their own ground: 0-4.
Coach Robert Maaskant could argue
that he has a long list of injured players and had therefore
pulled back midfielders Edwin de Graaf and Kees Kwakman
to the back four.
The mutations didn't have the wanted
effect.
The build up play was sloppy and
it was Kwakman who gave the ball away for Rick Hoogendorp
to open the score: 0-1.
Den Haag then missed a number of
good chances in the first half so at half-time everything
was possible.
But although NAC went looking for
a goal it were the visitors who found them - three of
them.
After two consecutive defeats NAC
have now dropped to fourth spot whereas the three points
gave Den Haag a bit of room in the relegation zone.
