Holland play Tunisia in February
Monday 27 October 2008
The Dutch national football team
will play a friendly in Tunisia early February.
It will be the third time that
the Eagles of Carthage will host Oranje.
The two countries will face each
other in Tunis on 11 February.
For Holland boss Bert van Marwijk
it will be the last chance for experiments before the
World Cup qualification campaign is resumed on 28 March
against Scotland.
Four days later Holland will host
Macedonia.
The previous two friendlies Holland
played against Tunisia brought mixed results.
In April 1978 Holland won 4-0,
in 1994 goals of Frank Rijkaard and Ronald Koeman prevented
Holland from losing (2-2).
