Van Bronckhorst passes Cocu

Giovanni van Bronckhorst will play
his 102nd game for the Dutch national football team
at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
With that amount of caps he will
pass Phillip Cocu (101) on the ranking of Dutch players
with most caps.
After tonight's game Van Bronckhorst
will be third in that ranking, behind Edwin van der
Sar (130) and Frank de Boer (112). And it will stay
that way, as Van Bronckhorst will tell the Dutch national
team good-bye after this tournament.
If Holland reach the final the
player of Feyenoord, RKC Waalwijk, Glasgow Rangers,
Arsenal, Barcelona and - now - Feyenoord again can finish
his career on 106 caps.
