If Cameroon don't beat Danes Holland qualify for
second round

Netherlands - Japan 1-0
Holland can be the
first to qualify for the second round of the World Cup
in South Africa. It will all depend on the result of
the other Group E game between Cameroon and Denmark.
If the African team does not win, Holland will be be
certain of their spot in the next round.
Bert van Marwijk's
team won the game against Denmark (2-0) on Monday, and
on Saturday they beat Japan (1-0). Holland has thus
taken the lead in Group E with 6 points from 2 games.
Japan has 3 points, while Cameroon and Denmark are still
without points.
On 24 June, Holland
will play their last game in this group against Cameroon.
Only if Cameroon manage to beat Denmark, there is a
chance that the Netherlands do not finish among the
first two in their group.
When two teams finish
with an equal amount of points, the first decider will
be the goal difference. When that is identical as well,
the number of goals scored by a team will decide. Should
there still be no decision, the mutual results will
settle the matter. If then there is still no difference
FIFA will draw for whoever goes through.
