Japan aiming for a victory

Following the example of his players
Japan's manager Takeshi Okada also thinks that Japan can beat Holland
tomorrow in Durban.
"I'm half idealist, half realist.
But I believe we can win," Okada said on Thursday.
"We know it's no use to try
and aim for a draw. The Dutch players are too good for
that. In that case it's better to play for a victory
and that 's what we'll do." Japan's midfielder
Junichi Inamoto on Wednesday also said he felt his team
had a chance of winning the game.
Okada is hopeful because of the
good game his team played against Holland last September.
In that game Japan had been the better team in the first
half and kept Holland from scoring, until the Dutch
bagged three in the last 20 minutes of the game."
"That game has taught us how
to fight Holland," Okada said.
