Yasuhito Endo: "I will not move from Sneijder's
side"

Japanese midfielder Yasuhito Endo
will focus his attention mainly on Wesley Sneijder in
today's match against the Netherlands. "He'll play
an important role in the game. I will not move from
his side," the Asian Footballer of the Year in
2009 said.
Endo thinks Holland have great
players, but he sees chances for Japan: "They have
a team we can deal with. We can create chances if we
cover more ground than they do. We will not leave them
the initiative."
Captain Makoto Hasebe also emphasized
that Japan are not without chance against Holland: "Holland
have big names, but that doesn't mean we have to feel
small because of it."
