Van Persie and Mathijsen fit for Uruguay

Joris Mathijsen and Robin van
Persie will be fit on time for Tuesday's World Cup semifinal
against Uruguay. The two players got injured before
and during the quarterfinal against Brazil, but a scan
in hospital revealed no serious damage.
Mathijsen got injured during warm-up
for the quarterfinal and had to be replaced by André
Ooijer only minutes before kickoff.
Van Persie damaged a tendon in
his arm during the match, that Holland won 2-1.
Both players were out on the training
ground on Sunday morning.
Van Marwijk can not dispose of
the suspended Nigel de Jong and Gregory van der Wiel
in the semis (Tuesday, 20h30). They are expected to
be replaced by midfielder Demy de Zeeuw and defender
Khalid Boulahrouz.
Van Marwijk's colleague Oscar Tabarez
of Uruguay has more problems. Luis Suarez and Jorge
Fucile are out with a suspension, Lodeiro is out with
a foot injury. Captain Diego Lugano is uncertain.
